Congratulations to all our GCSE students.

The Head, Chair of Governors, staff and Governors at Lewis Girls’ would like to offer their congratulations to their Key stage 4 pupils on the results achieved today.

Overall, there were outstanding individual performances with many pupils – over 18% - achieving at least 5 A or A* qualifications. Da’iawn girls!

Best performers in the year were Natasha Bolton and Isabelle Parker achieving 9A* and 2 A grades each.

Equally important were the countless number who met, or exceeded, their personal targets.

A significant majority are returning to school for their A level and vocational courses – this is great news!

Year 10 GCSE performances were also outstanding – well done!

Now, enjoy the rest of the summer, class of 2019!
